| This past weekend
at the Plymouth Speedway the track hosted a back to school
special for all students seventeen and under getting in
for free for a fun and wild night. It was filled with
school bus rides around the track and a nickel pitch.
It featured the outlaw late models, late models, street
stocks, and front wheel drives. |

at the Plymouth Speedway four great classes of cars were
on hand with a burnout contest. If those five events were
not enough for an exciting show, the speedway also had
the most winningest freestyle motocrosser in world history
on hand for racing and a stunt show to wrap up the night
with Cowboy Kenny Bartram. |

night at the Plymouth Speedway began moist and soggy as
Mother Nature tried to wipe out the show with a light
rain and mist. After it finally sopped track officials
and drivers took vehicles out on the track to dry it out
and make the racing happen. |

Triple Threat Winners |

with dashes for both classes. Kevin Gunkel won the dash
for the street stocks while Jeff Shelmadine won the dash
for the front wheel drives. The street stocks ran two
heats with Steve Christman and Jim Gilbert were victorious. |

Wins 1st Feature of Season |

| The outlaw late
models were first out for their feature that had a great
battle out front for most of the event. Adam Terry and
Brian Ross battled back and forth but Ross was never able
to find an opening and had to settle crossing the line
second to Terry. Bobby Stremme got a podium finish as
he rounded out the top three. |

Big Winner for the Jim Blount Memorial |

| Andy Bozell broke
out to the lead with Brent Jack in tow. After a tight
side-by-side race Jack was able to get around Bozell on
the inside and never looked back. He went on to grab his
first ever Blount Memorial feature win adding his name
to only four others in the races history to win
the event. |
